Whole Foods Market

First time visitor at Whole Foods Market! Heard about them, just never shopped there. We came on a Thursday evening, around 5:30 pm. Parking was almost full. The store was crowed but nothing too crazy. It is actually a big store, at least bigger than I had in mind. They do have lots of options, lots of different products, meats, pastries, soft drinks, wine, hard liquor, cold cuts, etc. Store is well lit, well organized, and clean. The cashier and bagger were ok, not rude or anything, just not very welcoming, we barely got a “Hi” out of them. I didn’t know it was a bit more expensive here than other stores. I usually buy groceries at Trader Joe’s and this store definitely felt a bit more expensive. Is it just me? I didn’t really buy anything extra from my normal grocery lists lol. Oh well! Maybe is just me.

One of the newest whole foods in Orange County and my first time here was a great experience. I visited this store early in the morning, the staff was busy stocking the shelves, baking bread. I love the bread selection at whole foods, they are baked on the premises daily, tastes great and price is affordable compared to other artisan bread providers. The olive bar is also has rich selection of premium olives from all over the world. The fresh fruit section also had good variety of seasonal fruits. The store is clean and orderly. The checkout was a breeze and people were helpful. There is plenty of parking spaces available.

Disappointed with Whole Foods in irvine spectrum because of Bruce I recently visited Whole Foods and had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the disrespectful behavior of the store manager, Bruce. Despite approaching him politely with an inquiry about a product, Bruce was dismissive, condescending, and downright rude. Not only did he fail to address my concerns, but his attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening that a store manager, who should set an example of excellent customer service, exhibited such unprofessional behavior. The incident with Bruce overshadowed any positives I usually associate with Whole Foods, leaving me reconsidering whether I want to continue supporting a store that tolerates such disrespectful conduct towards customers. I hope Whole Foods takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensures that future customers do not have to endure similar disrespectful treatment from their staff, especially someone in a managerial position.
